subject project of the FE Annex

Astral Scope:               Prime Contractor; Complete Design & Build
Brief Description:      Design and Construction (complete design and build responsibility) of
a new hard building in the US Embassy compound in Islamabad
including all architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical,
plumbing, life & safety and all physical and technical security matters
in the design and construction of the building. The design and build
included compliance of all the international and US codes such as the
IBC as amended by the US State Department OBO-ICS as well as all
relevant international and US building codes.
