Aggressively working towards its international expansion program, Astral is working on the construction on a 240-bed state-of-the-art hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is the first part of the company’s expansion into the lucrative Tanzanian, and indeed East African, markets for construction and property development projects.
