Brief Description:      Tower 3 of the Centaurus complex is a high-rise (24 floors) shell
which is being converted into the Mövenpick Hotel. This project
involves all civil works and internal finishing works of the project in
coordination with the MEP and HVAC works being performed by
another contractor.
