Brief Description:      Construction of only the third Olympic-sized swimming pool in                                                   Pakistan (and the first covered and heated one!)  along with                                                         associated sports/recreation facilities. In addition to the civil works,                                           this project involved sophisticated pre-engineered building works for                                         covering the pool and complex plumbing, mechanical and electrical                                           works using state-of-the-art equipment for a covered and heated                                               swimming pool facility. The project required specialized expertise in                                           construction as well as installation of sophisticated pool and event                                             management equipment.
